Choirs

Music comprises an important element of the liturgy. The Senior Adult Choir meets each Wednesday evening, September through May, from 6:45 – 8:00 PM. Typically the choir presents an anthem at the 9AM liturgy. The choir sings a variety of styles of sacred music including classical, gospel, contemporary Christian, and arrangements of hymns. New members are always welcome!

Children’s Choir rehearsals are Wednesday afternoons at 6 PM as part of the Mazon program. The children sing each month at the 9AM liturgy and periodically will join the Adult Choir with a joint anthem.

Holy Trinity is blessed to have a three manual Moller Pipe Organ. An exposed trumpet rack of pipes was presented by Emily B. Sprecher in memory of her husband and longtime organist at Holy Trinity, Theodore R. Sprecher.

Bell Choirs

Holy Trinity has two Bell Choirs. The Adult Bell Choir meets each Tuesday evening and rings at least once a month.

The Youth Bell Choir rings once a month and at the 7:00 PM Christmas Eve liturgy.

A complete set of four octave Malmark Hand Bells were also donated by Emily B. Sprecher, and both hand bell choirs have used these wonderful instruments regularly in Holy Trinity’s worship services.

All of our congregation members are encouraged to share their musical talent in the life of the church as they serve as vocalists, cantors and instrumentalists.
